SEE Holding

SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT / HOLDING COMPANY IDENTITY

We created SEE Holding's brand architecture so seven businesses could remain connected to the group while keeping their own purpose visible.

SEE Holding brought together energy, food, wellness, knowledge, development, real estate, and waste under social, environmental, and economic pillars. The businesses had different purposes but belonged to one wider proposition. The identity needed to show the connection without turning the companies into copies of one another.

Challenge

SEE Holding's internal strategy used spearheading as its direction. A house of brands would have split the group into separate stories. One fixed identity for every company would have removed the distinctions that made the portfolio useful. The challenge was to hold both ideas in view, a clear parent relationship and a visible role for each business.

What we did

Tango Media Innovation commissioned Saad as Design Director to lead the identity work. We translated the internal direction into a master brand with a spearhead inside the wordmark. Company names entered beneath SEE through one construction method. Pillar colour and natural texture then gave each company a distinct place within the group without breaking the parent relationship.

Why it mattered

The spearhead gave the master brand a visible sense of direction. The shared wordmark construction showed that every company belonged to SEE. Pillar colour and texture marked what each company contributed. This made the architecture useful at the point where a group needs recognition and a business needs to be understood for its own work.

The work produced a 92-page guide covering the master brand, company lockups, joint branding, typography, colour, pattern, photography, stationery, advertising, digital layouts, social media, and iconography. It recorded how the architecture could appear in the group's material. The case makes no claim about later company results or expansion.
